Have you ever wanted a recipe that’s simple but packed with flavor and takes less than 20 minutes? If so, look no further. This twist on a pomodoro sauce is the perfect balance of spice and creamy-ness (is that even a word!?). So good that my husband said this may be his favorite sauce I’ve ever made. Recipe found below – enjoy!

Ingredients
- 6-7 cloves of garlic, minced
- Cherry grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- EVOO
- 1 teaspoon of Calabrian Chilis (feel free to add more if you like it extra spicy!)
- 1 ball of burrata
- 1/2 box fo fettucine
- Freshly shredded parmesan cheese
Sauce the garlic on medium low heat and be sure it doesn’t burn. You want the garlic to soak into the EVOO as it’s the base of the sauce. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft. Once soft, add a teaspoon of the Calabrian chilis and mix together. Let simmer. Once pasta is al dente, add directly to the pan and save some pasta water. Shred parmesan cheese onto pasta and add pasta water to make it creamy. Let the pasta finish cooking in the sauce. Once finished, add burrata and mix. ENJOY!
