This might just be the simplest pasta dish to ever exist. All that’s needed is a little prep work ahead of time to make the garlic chili butter and your favorite, spicy buttered noods will be ready in just 10 minutes!

Garlic Calabrian Chili Butter
- 1 stick of butter
- 6 garlic cloves, large, minced
- 1 teaspoon of chopped Calabrian chilis (I use Delallo Foods’ and it’s fantastic!) – also feel free to add more to taste if you like things a little spicier. I’m a wimp when it comes to heat 🙂
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- Parmesan to top
- 1/2 box of pasta
Mix a stick of butter, minced garlic cloves and Calabrian chilis together. Sprinkle with salt. Set in the refrigerator for at least an hour before use.
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add whole cherry tomatoes and season with salt. All tomatoes to cook until they burst. Add pasta al dente directly to the plan with the garlic chili butter and a tiny splash of pasta water. All the pasta to finish cooking in the butter sauce. Top with parmesan and enjoy!
